Johnny Sommarlund (born 1965), Chairman of the Board is the Managing Director and board member of MGA Holding AB, and Chairman of the Board in Tilgin AB (publ.) amongst other companies.

CEO of NAXS Nordic Access Buyout Fund AB (publ) and board member of NAXS Nordic Access Buyout Fund AS since 2007. Jeff Bork is also currently member of the board of Biotage AB (publ) and CMA Microdialysis AB.

Mr. Bork benefits from an extensive executive experience, including various CEO positions. Previous engagements include: President and CEO of Biotage AB (publ), Allgon AB, Dynal Biotech Group, Oslo and various executive positions at Perstorp AB and Pharmacia Biotech AB. Mr. Bork holds a MBA from IMD (IMI), Geneva, a Ph.D. Biochemistry from the University of Stockholm, and a M.Sc. Chem. Eng., from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.

Born 1941. Career mainly within international marketing & sales in the fast moving consumer goods industry.

Previous engagements include Abba AB, Svenska Tobaks AB, Procordia AB and swedish Match AB. Board member of Abax Dörrsystem AB (chairman) and Troxhammar Golf AB.
Mr. Espmark holds a B.Sc. in Business administration, Economics and Statistics from the University of Uppsala.

Tomas Hansson (born 1961), Founder and Board Member in Toul Meditech since the start 2001. Professional employment within technical development and production.

Since 10 year his work has been within Ventilation Technology with focus of solving the issue of airborne contaminations within the Health Care Sector. He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering.
